A Note From Mr. Witherspoon:
School is here!!!! We are so excited to welcome back to Cleveland our returning Eagles and to welcome (very exciting) our newest Eagles the Kindergartners!!!
I hope that each of you had some time this summer to create lasting memories with your family and friends! I am fortunate to have enjoyed my time off with my family and friends this summer and I am looking forward to talking with all of our students to learn about their exciting summer adventures. The beginning of the year brings upon many announcements, procedures, policies, and notes coming home from school. Please don't hesitate to call your child's teacher or the office if you have any questions or think that you may have missed something. This year will be the best one yet!!!!
Please, as always, give me a call or email if you have any questions/concerns/compliments regarding Cleveland!!!!
Stay Awesome and Keep SOARing Eagles!!!!
Beginning of the Year Reminders:
I have had many opportunities in my career, as and educator and a coach, to work with great people/families. I have learned some valuable lessons along the way from each one of my positions that I have held. The top lessons that I have learned are: 1.) The "we" is more powerful than the "me"; 2.) successful organizations put their "players" in a position to "win".
I am looking forward to putting our students in the best possible position to "win" this school year. The partnership that we hold is an integral part of their success. The relationship that you have with your child's teacher and the conversations that you have with your child will help maximize your child's success this school year. We, together, will put our children in the best position to "win" this year as they SOAR to incredible heights!
